The hoisting mechanism of the crane is equipped with a safety device of special  design to ensure the safety of lifting in any cases, and adopts FCRS and , PLC control, with the features of superior performance, reasonable structure, safety, reliability and easy maintenance. For the rated lifting capacity, the main hook is 200t, the sub hook is 50t, the span is 36m, and for the hoisting height, the main hook is 28m, the sub-hook is 30m, and the max. wheel pressure is 45t.  For the wheels of the crane, driving wheels are 2X4 and driven wheels are 2X4.

 Trolley and Electric Equipment. We added a thermofin and installed an air refrigerating machine in main Beam during structure design process, insulation grade is H, double brakes keep lifting safe. Our product is applicable to High-temperature and High-pressure working condition of Metallurgy & Casting workshops, it also can be used for loading high temperature melting goods.
